We do not intentionally submit a client’s confidential information or personal information to a third-party generative AI system for model training. When an engagement requires the use of client data in an AI or automation platform, the applicable scope, permissions, platform, and safeguards should be addressed in the relevant agreement or project documentation.
AI-assisted output may be reviewed by a person when appropriate. You should not provide credentials, highly sensitive personal information, regulated data, or information belonging to another person or organization unless you are authorized to do so and we have agreed on a suitable process.
